Submitting Items to the Church Calendar
If you have the task of putting together meetings and events, the church's Office Administrator needs to know what youre planning in as much detail as you can describe it, and as far ahead of time as possible! This makes certain that everyone has a space when they need it, and that everyone else has the opportunity to know, via the calendar, what times and spaces have already been claimed.
There is a special form available. A supply of this orange Church Facility/Calendar Reservation form hangs on the wall in the conference room. This form gives us all the information we need to know about your need to use one or more parts of the church. Based on this form, we can determine whether or not your needs can be met and, if so, can then lock in your date and space on the calendar.
You may also make arrangements over the phone and we can fill out the form for you. In the near future, we will be posting a fillable form here online.
Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis!
For your convenience, guidelines for use of the church facilities is posted in the conference room for you as well. Just look for the pink sheets.
Please call or stop in during office hours (see below) to check on available dates, times, and spaces, before you advertise your events. We're happy to help everyone enjoy the facilities and the time spent here with others.
